ProteinQure is a Toronto based clinical-stage company. The lead program (PQ203) is the first-ever AI-designed peptide to enter clinical trials. PQ203 is a first-in-class peptide drug conjugate for TOP1 resistant TNBC with safety data anticipated by end of 2026. PQ203 was designed by ProteinQure's computational AI platform for peptide design. Their platform includes more non-natural building blocks than any other computational tool and has been validated by partnerships with four top 25 pharma companies (including cell permeability). Additional pipeline programs include a focus on delivery of siRNA to the CNS using BBB shuttles.
