LINEARIS Labs develops AI-driven analytical platforms for metabolomics and clinical diagnostics. Our core platform, GigaView, performs AI reasoning over instrument output entirely on the customer's own premises. Mass spectrometry data, patient information and proprietary methods never leave the laboratory — an architecture designed specifically for hospitals, pharmaceutical R&D groups and other regulated environments where data residency is a requirement rather than a preference. GigaView is complemented by GigaKit, a targeted metabolomics assay kit for high-throughput compound and toxicity profiling, and by PRISM, an algorithm that resolves polymicrobial MALDI-TOF mass spectra into their constituent species for clinical microbiology applications. LINEARIS works directly with leading analytical instrument manufacturers and maintains active technical collaborations with Waters, Shimadzu and HORIBA. The company has incorporated LINEARIS Japan K.K. to serve the Asia-Pacific market, and Korea is the natural next step in that regional strategy.
